Just when I began to brag.....

Right after I brag about my school, someone has to go and steal from me.
That's right. Someone stole my iPhone. And please don't think that I left it out or anything. It was in a side pocket in my purse in the teachers lounge. Someone, and yes we have him on camera, snuck in at the end of the day today, stole my phone and then carried it to the bathroom where he made a trade with an accomplice.

I am pissed, and I am offended. Not so much over the fact that it was an extremely expensive cell phone that I splurged on over the summer. Rather, over the fact that this is a place where I spend more time in than I do my own home. These are kids that I feel like I work hard to defend and represent (hence my earlier post). It is insulting that this is the thanks I get. For the record, I do not know, nor have ever taught, the two kids on film. And this is pure speculation right now. I'll point fingers later.

However, I am determined that one, or in this case two, bad, or in this case extremely rotten, apples will not spoil the bunch. I still love my school. I do however plan to press as severe of charges as possible against these two creeps.

Filling out the police report first thing Monday morning. More later.

In other news, I'm off to my Halloween party. Not to worry.....camera in hand. Can't wait to post pictures of these costumes! Happy Halloween everyone!
