We all spent this past weekend at Edisto. We go around twice a year. And the "we" I am referring to is most of The Crew whose picture is located on the right hand side of the page. Anyway, this past week was the Governor's Cup fishing tournament, which got canceled, but was still a great excuse for a weekend trip to the beach. We did way too many things to discuss here, but they include:
1. riding in the boat
2. playing horseshoes
3. climbing the boat lift (sorry Dad, but we fixed it!)
4. holding the usual Dance Party USA in the dark with a flash light as a spotlight/strobe light
5. singing into a broom handle
6. watching races (horse and car)
7. planning our next trip, which for some of us is THIS COMING WEEKEND! Do I have it in me to do it again? I don't know yet.......I think I can rally though!
It was a lot of fun! Perfect weather! Hopefully next weekend will be as perfect.
