Just Call Me Little Miss Muffet
Frightened, yes. Frightened away, only temporarily.
I am sitting at my computer checking my email and reading comments posted on my blog (thank you, girls!) when suddenly, a spider drops down RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Remember, I am NOT a fan. I do not like them at all. My computer desk faces a window. He dropped down right on the edge of the window. And I mean lowered himself right down like a rock climber dropping down the side of a mountain. Repelling, if you will. I did the only thing I could think to do. I sprayed him with Pledge. It was the only thing handy, and he was too big to grab with a paper towel. The worst part.....he fell off his little web elevator and I have no idea where he went. Is he on me!?!? Excuse me while I go brainstorm who I can call at 10:00 PM to search my office for a most unwelcome trespasser.....
At least we know he won't get dusty.
