Twilight

What a disappointment..........
Have any of you seen this movie yet? I have thoroughly enjoyed reading the book, and I am currently one chapter in to Eclipse. I'd heard some mixed reviews from friends who'd seen the movie and the general consensus was that those who've read the book did not like the movie and those who've not read the book did like it. But I would venture to guess that even if I hadn't read the book, I would have remained equally as unimpressed with the movie. I hate it, but it just isn't good. I hope I'm not the only one who feels this way! I went with my BFF who also agreed with me. We were very disappointed!

One highlight however; I saw the preview for the sixth Harry Potter movie. Now that one looks pretty good.

I agree..I am also currently reading Eclipse and the movie was a dissapointment in so many ways. I just didn't feel the connection between Bella and Edward as I did in the books. They never even said "I love you" in the movie. Are they trying to censor out the best parts. I just feel they missed so many good parts in the book that they should of made part of the movie. I think Edward was casted perfectly, he is very attactive like he is in the book but he didn't come across to many as someone like he is in the book. Twilight the book was amazing, I could not put it down. I stayed up all night and read the entire book. I cryed, laughed and feeled so involved in it. The movie I didn't feel anything. I didn't get the same feelings I had got out of the book. What a waste..=( Maybe New Moon will be better but honestly, the book was boring after the first 100 pages til the end when Edward comes back into it. The Twilight Saga is only interesting if Bella and Edward are together. And I hope Edward turns Bella and they live together forever. <3 Edward, if vampires were real Edward would be perfect.

F = Twilight the movie

I totally, totally agree. The book is so much better than the movie! And, the books just keep getting better as you keep reading them!
