What a day!

This morning on my way to school I dropped my iPhone in between my seat and the center console. I tried very hard to reach it, and of course I couldn't do it while I was driving. But the very first thing my fingers touched was my leather iPhone case. Which had been missing since the night of the USC/Clemson game! That was back in November. That was quite a pleasant surprise.

An ex student of mine is on a mission to set me up. By the time she graduates, she says, I will have a boyfriend. She is a junior so I've got some time. She informed me today that I always look so lonely. What? How do you look lonely? Lonely is standing on a street corner with your shoulders slumped, your head down, and hundreds of people rushing past you on their way to work. I didn't realize that lonely is teaching all day long and being surrounded by freshmen calling your name. Not much time in the day to get lonely. But she insisted I was lonely. Apparently today I looked lonely. I didn't realize I was so transparent!

I cooked my lunch today in the microwave...a little Lean Cuisine. I took it out and as I shut the door, I dropped the Lean Cuisine, which of course landed upside down on the floor. Chicken and creamy garlic spinach all over the floor. So, I settled for a pack of Lance Peanut Butter and Cheese crackers. Great. I forgot about the peanut butter recall. If I come down with salmonella, I am going to be so disappointed!

I've been eating them for a while... Lance is on the "okay" list :)

I've heard the "lonely" thing, too. Blah...

oh yeah, Lance is on the okay list. I have to keep up with that because T is a peanut butter FREAK.
Sorry you look lonely :( Just remember, "One is not so lonely...."
